Tyranny Dorn, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 10, 2016, in Arlington, Texas. The incident occurred during an attempted robbery on a residential street near Sublett Road on the south side of Arlington. Dorn, along with another man and a woman, was approached by two men who attempted to rob them. During the confrontation, Dorn was shot by the assailants.
