Oliver Jarrod Gregoire, a 26-year-old African American man from Baytown, Texas, tragically died on September 28, 2014. Gregoire was unarmed when he encountered Chambers County Sheriff's Deputy Bradley Hasley. According to reports, Gregoire was behaving erratically and had kicked in the door of a residence, assaulting a woman inside.
