On October 25, 2014, in Dallas, Texas, 22-year-old Alexis Fernando Estrada Zambrano was fatally shot while changing a flat tire on Dilido Road in Old East Dallas. Surveillance footage revealed that as Zambrano was addressing the flat tire, he was approached by a 16-year-old male.
