Ryan Lara, a 15-year-old boy from Duncanville, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on November 8, 2014, while moving his family's car from the street to the driveway. Ryan, who was undergoing chemotherapy for lymphoma, was expected to survive his cancer diagnosis. On that fateful day, he was attacked by assailants attempting to steal the vehicle.
