Jose Ricardo Vargas, a 37-year-old Hispanic male, was found dead in his car outside his home in Duncanville, Texas, on January 30, 2015. Vargas, a father of five, was discovered by his brother in the driver's seat of his truck shortly before 7 am. He was reportedly on his way to work at his construction job when the incident occurred.
