Humberto Joshua Ramos, a 27-year-old Hispanic male from Midland, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on November 10, 2014. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the 500 block of South Carver Street in Midland. Ramos was transported to Midland Memorial Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries during surgery.
