Sergeant Michael Joe "Mike" Naylor, aged 46, of Midland, Texas, passed away on October 9, 2014. He was a dedicated member of the Midland County Sheriff's Department, having served in multiple roles, including as a corrections officer and later as a senior officer in the Mental Health Unit. Naylor was also the Commander of the Sheriff's Office Honor Guard.
