LeQuince Tomlin, a 31-year-old African American man from Austin, Texas, tragically passed away on November 25, 2014. His death was the result of a fatal shooting during a home invasion at the Walnut Creek Apartments in East Austin. Tomlin was staying at the apartment when two suspects, Allen Townsend and Terry Stowers, forced their way into the unit. The suspects ordered the other occupants of the apartment to the floor and took money from Tomlin at gunpoint before shooting him.
