Angelina Romero-Alvarez, a 50-year-old Hispanic woman from Houston, Texas, was tragically killed on December 5, 2014. She was shot in the parking lot of the Wilcox Apartments at 2400 South Loop West around 6 a.m. Romero-Alvarez was about to get into her vehicle when she was approached by an unknown suspect or suspects.
