Michael Phelan, a 36-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed on January 9, 2015, in Houston, TX. He was the owner of the 45 Smoke Shop in North Houston, where the incident occurred. According to police reports, Phelan was shot multiple times by three armed men who entered his store around 10 p.m. Surveillance footage captured the suspects entering the shop with long guns and handguns, but Phelan was shot off-camera.
