Zaveon Marquise Williams, a 15-year-old African American male from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2015. He was fatally shot outside a laundry center in the 7100 block of Scott in south Houston. Williams was standing outside the facility with 18-year-old Darwin Foster when several shots were fired from a passing car. Williams was hit by the gunfire and died at the scene, while Foster survived the attack.
