Elizabeth Holly Martin, a 30-year-old woman from Rosenberg, Texas, tragically lost her life on January 28, 2015. The incident occurred at the Brittany Square Apartments, where Martin was residing with her three children and Jeffrey Obersteller, a 29-year-old man. The suspect, identified as Martin's ex-boyfriend, climbed to the second story of the apartment complex and broke a window to gain entry. Once inside, he began shooting, fatally wounding Martin and injuring Obersteller with five bullets.
