Fabian Rivera, a 40-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on July 30, 2019, in Rosenberg, Texas. The incident occurred when Fabian's ex-girlfriend's ex-boyfriend, Juan DeLeon Jr., went on a shooting spree. DeLeon first shot at his ex-girlfriend and her friend while they were in a car, but they managed to escape and seek safety with a deputy.
