Spencer Paul Golvach, a 25-year-old White male from Spring Branch, Texas, was tragically killed in the early hours of January 31, 2015, in what authorities described as a random act of violence. At approximately 12:56 a.m., while waiting at a red light at the intersection of 18th Street and Mangum Road in Houston, Spencer was shot in the head by Victor Reyes, a 31-year-old undocumented immigrant from Reynosa, Mexico.
