Ramon Vasquez, a 38-year-old Hispanic male from Donna, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2015. The circumstances surrounding his death were connected to a violent incident involving a failed robbery attempt. Vasquez was allegedly involved in a plan to rob a victim, Victor Reyes, who was selling synthetic marijuana.
