Javier Olmedo, a 17-year-old Hispanic male from Brownsville, Texas, tragically lost his life on September 28, 2015, in Donna, Texas. He was shot while in a vehicle on Expressway 83, which led to a high-speed car chase and shooting incident involving rival gang members. Olmedo was a member of the South Side Bandidos gang.
