Roberto Carlos Mendez, a 23-year-old man, tragically lost his life on January 12, 2022, in Donna, Texas. The incident occurred at a raspa stand located in the 600 block of Canton Road in rural Donna. Mendez was one of three men who were shot at the scene, and despite being rushed to DHR Health in Edinburg, he succumbed to his injuries.
