In the early morning hours of July 18, 2010, the life of 37-year-old Hispanic/Latino male Juan A. Almanza was tragically cut short in St. Louis, Missouri. Near a local park around 1 a.m., he was unexpectedly confronted by two men who approached him on bicycles.
