On June 23, 2015, Andre Suggs, a 28-year-old man from St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically killed in an incident that has left a lasting impact on his friends and family. The shooting occurred late at night near the old Lemp Brewery complex, located off South Broadway on President Street.
