In the early morning hours of Friday, August 13, 2010, the quiet of a Kansas City, Missouri, neighborhood was broken by a grim discovery. On a sidewalk at the intersection of 24th Street and Quincy Avenue, a security guard on patrol came across the body of 27-year-old Kenny R. Warren.
