Freda Barber Brown, a 31-year-old woman from Naples, Texas, was found dead on June 1, 2015. She had been reported missing the day before her body was discovered. Freda was born on June 23, 1971, in Dallas, Texas, and was a graduate of Texas A&M University in Texarkana, where she received her Licensed Vocational Nurse license. She was a member of Mt. Zion CME Church in Omaha.
