Armandina Leach, a 44-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on July 1, 2015, in Houston, Texas. She was fatally shot while dropping off her 16-year-old son at the home of her estranged husband, Aaron Leach-Veliz. According to police reports, Leach-Veliz ambushed his wife by hiding in the bushes and shooting her multiple times as she arrived. Armandina Leach was later pronounced dead at Ben Taub Hospital.
