Rotaymon E. Whittier, aged 41, was fatally shot on October 9, 2010, in St. Louis, Missouri. The homicide occurred in the early morning hours, and authorities responded promptly to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, the St. Louis Metropolitan Police found Whittier suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite emergency efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
