In the early morning hours of October 9, 2010, the life of Rotaymon E. Whittier, a 41-year-old African-American man, was tragically cut short in St. Louis, Missouri. Responding to reports of gunfire, officers from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department discovered Whittier suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
