Arthur L. Dawkins, a 31-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically killed on October 17, 2010, in what was reported as Kansas City’s 86th homicide for that year. The incident took place near 38th and Broadway, where an argument following a minor car accident escalated into violence.
