Raymond Clyde Lampkin, a 42-year-old man from Terrell, Texas, was tragically killed on August 24, 2015. He was found shot in a car at the Brownstone Apartments on Adelaide Street after police responded to a disturbance call. Another man was taken into custody at the scene for having a gun and multiple warrants, and he was identified as a person of interest in the case. The police were trying to determine whether he was involved in the shooting.
