Ja Darek De Shawn, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on May 5, 2017, in Terrell, Texas. The incident occurred early in the morning in the 1300 block of S. Rockwall. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Ja Darek De Shawn Moss dead from gunfire. The Terrell Independent School District was notified because the incident took place near JF Kennedy Elementary School, prompting the school district to reroute buses and advise parents to take different routes when dropp ...Read More
