Markiest Lucky, a 25-year-old African American male, was found fatally shot on January 12, 2019, in Terrell, Texas. The Terrell Police Department responded to the scene at the 300 block of W. Cottage Street and the 700 block of Frazier Street, where they discovered Lucky and another victim, Kenneth Wayne White Jr., 37, dead from gunshot wounds. The two men were found a mile apart, and investigators determined that the offenses were related.
