Kensley Provosty Paul, a 26-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 17, 2015, in Houston, Texas. He was fatally shot at an apartment located at 10630 Beechnut around 9:15 p.m. Upon arrival, Houston Police Department officers found Mr. Paul and a 19-year-old female victim with gunshot wounds. Mr. Paul was pronounced dead at the scene, while the female victim was transported to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
