Devyn Milek Gibson, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 20, 2015, in Longview, Texas. The incident occurred near the intersection of Sibley Street and Rothrock Drive, where he was found lying on the side of the road with multiple gunshot wounds. The Longview Police Department responded to a welfare check call at 12:59 a.m. and discovered Gibson's body. The autopsy report revealed that he had been shot at least eight times.
