Devyn Milek Gibson, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 20, 2015, in Longview, Texas. The incident occurred near the intersection of Sibley Street and Rothrock Drive, where he was found lying on the side of the road with multiple gunshot wounds.
