Brent Randall, an 18-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on October 9, 2015, on the campus of Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred outside the Tierwester Oaks and University Courtyard apartments at around 11:30 a.m. Brent Randall, a freshman at TSU, was shot alongside his half-brother, Lawrence Flowers, who was also injured in the shooting.
