Henry Gutierrez, Jr., a 71-year-old Hispanic male from Schertz, Texas, was found shot to death in his home on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2015. Henry was a well-respected businessman and community member, known for his involvement in the solid waste industry and his passion for drag racing. His white 2013 Ford Explorer was stolen from his home shortly after his murder, and it was later found in March 2016 at a San Marcos apartment complex.
