Jose Guadalupe Noriega-Mejia, a six-year-old boy, was one of the ten victims who tragically lost their lives in a fire that occurred on September 12, 2004, at 600 Lynwood Lane in Columbus, Ohio. The fire broke out during the night, and residents were awakened by people yelling and pounding on the doors of the apartment complex.
