Stephen Davis, a 51-year-old male from Hebron, Connecticut, tragically died on February 6, 2016, while hunting at the Cinco Ranch in El Indio, Texas. Davis was accompanied by another hunter when the incident occurred. According to Maverick County Sheriff Tom Schmerber, Davis was killed by gunfire when one of the hunters' firearms discharged accidentally.
