Sir Don Bell, a 26-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on December 30, 2016, in the parking lot of a southwest Houston apartment complex near County Creek Street and Deering Drive. He was rushed to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The incident occurred around 7 p.m., and crime scene analysts discovered nearly 20 shell casings from multiple weapons at the scene.
