On December 5, 2010, thirty-five-year-old Phillip A. Galczynski Jr. passed away at Barnes-Jewish Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. Born in St. Louis and a resident of Herculaneum at the time of his death, Galczynski was a father and worked as a tile installer for a local interior company. He was surrounded by family, including his children, brothers, and grandparents, when he died.
