On December 5, 2010, 35-year-old Phillip Galczynski died under unusual circumstances in St. Louis, Missouri. Initially, it appeared that Galczynski had died in a single-vehicle accident after crashing his Chevy S-10 pickup truck into a retaining wall in a parking lot on Hampton Avenue.
