Michael Anthony Parker Jr., a 22-year-old African American male from League City, Texas, tragically lost his life on March 28, 2016. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Jordan Cove Apartments, where Parker and Dominique Damojsh Joiner, a 23-year-old male from Hitchcock, Texas, met two other unidentified males for a drug-related transaction.
