Richard Howard Ivy, a 74-year-old man from Tyler, Texas, passed away on April 9, 2016. He was born on September 30, 1941, to Raymond Frank and Beatrice Music Ivy. Richard was a member of Lanes Chapel United Methodist Church and the St. John’s Lodge #53 in Tyler. His funeral services were held on April 14, 2016, at Lloyd James Funeral Home, and he was entombed in the Mausoleum in Cathedral in the Pines.
