John Horton, a 61-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, was tragically killed on May 12, 2016, during a home invasion robbery. Horton was attacked in his home by two men armed with shotguns while he was distracted by a former coworker, 21-year-old Jayona Jones. The incident occurred in the 3900 block of South Ledbetter Road in Mountain Creek, Dallas.
