On June 25, 2016, Jose Angel Moreno, a 25-year-old Hispanic male, was found dead in a parking lot in North Austin, Texas. He had succumbed to gunshot wounds, and an autopsy confirmed that his death was a homicide. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and Moreno was discovered lying in a pool of blood.
