Rodolfo Mendiola IV, a 22-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically murdered on July 3, 2016, in San Antonio, Texas. Known affectionately as Rudy, he was a computer engineering student at the University of Texas at San Antonio . Rudy was found dead at his father's house on Trawalter Road, not far from where his father's truck was abandoned on the railroad tracks along Luckey Road. He had been shot in the head and beaten.
