Manuel Rios, a 52-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on August 1, 2016, in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred near an East Side bus stop on Dietrich Road, close to W.W. White Road. According to reports, a woman discovered Rios' body early in the morning and initially thought he was sick or injured. However, upon arrival, EMS personnel found that Rios had been shot.
