Viola Pickney, a 33-year-old woman from Houston, Texas, tragically lost her life on September 4, 2016. She was found lying in a vacant field in Houston's Fifth Ward, having succumbed to an apparent gunshot wound. The Houston Police Department responded to the scene and launched an investigation into her death.

The investigation led to the arrest of Bobby Bell, also known as Bobby Clarence Wooten, a 58-year-old man. Bell was charged with murder in the 338th State District Court for his all ...
