Maricarmen Quiroz-Octaviano, a 21-year-old female of Mexican ethnicity, tragically passed away on September 17, 2016, in College Station, Texas. She was a senior at Texas A&M University, studying Genetics. Maricarmen was born in Tejupilco, Mexico, on April 16, 1995, and had moved to the United States to pursue her education.
