Jorge Lagunez Manzanilla, a 34-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2016, in Houston, Texas. He was one of two men who were shot dead outside the El Chente sports bar around 2 a.m. The other victim, Miguel Anzures, also had children.
