Raul Garcia, a 35-year-old Hispanic male from Elgin, Texas, was tragically shot and killed during an early morning robbery on November 25, 2016. Garcia, who was also known as Abel Garza, was found lying on the floor at the entrance of his house with a gunshot wound to his abdomen.
