Willie Norman, a 25-year-old African-American male, was one of four victims found shot to death inside a burning car in Channelview, Texas, on December 9, 2016. The other victims were Christopher Chaney, 28, Nicholette Briscoe, 28, and Kelcii Flintroy, 19. The Harris County Sheriff's Office responded to a call about a burning car on Market Street near Dell Dale Street, just south of the East Freeway.
