Raymond Eugene Ray Weatherly, a 63-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity from Beaumont, Texas, tragically died on December 16, 2016. He was born on November 7, 1953, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and worked as a union electrician with IBEW Local 861. Raymond was survived by his wife, Cathie Weatherly, and their children. His death was a result of a violent shooting incident in his own home.
