Corry L. Calvin, a 35-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, was shot and killed on September 1, 2011, at his residence on Peck Street. The incident occurred around 9:50 p.m. when a man wearing a ski mask knocked on Calvin's door and opened fire. Calvin, shot in the chest, attempted to escape but collapsed on the sidewalk outside.
