Meng Bo, a 30-year-old Chinese national, tragically lost her life on December 26, 2016, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at the Camden Holly Springs Apartments, where residents reported hearing what sounded like a firecracker or a muffled pop around 10:30 PM.
