On December 28, 2016, Renan Medina, a 44-year-old Hispanic male, was the victim of a shooting in Arlington, Texas. Following the incident, he was hospitalized and succumbed to his injuries two weeks later, passing away on January 12, 2017. Renan was born on November 16, 1972, and is survived by his mother, Sara Medina, and his children: Renan Medina III, Esteban Medina, Alek Medina, Andrea Medina, and Camila Medina.
